  2. Allow states to create specialized health courts

  3. Develop qualifications or standards for physicians who serve as expert witnesses

  4. Allow physicians to say “I’m sorry” without it being used against them as evidence of implication

  5. Create a cap for non-economic (pain and suffering) damages

Bill 3: Return Medicare and Medicaid back to the States

  1. Cut waste and lower administrative costs through electronic claims processing and payment

  2. Stiffer penalties for Medicare fraud

Bill 4: Investing in science & innovation

“America and the Republican Party are at a critical transition point in our collective history.  Join me in standing up for limiting the growth and power of government, and in protecting the traditional values and principles that have made our party and our country great.

We need a change in leadership and a vision for the future to keep our country strong, our military sound, our economy unfettered by government intrusion and our families free to pursue happiness and prosperity.”
